Qpawn Date

The current date in Qpawn is the 1945 Round. Set in the days, months, and years following World War 2 the players will take command of dying empires, rising nations, independence movements, and the opening conflicts of the Cold War. The United States and the USSR are superpowers and the great powers- France, Britain, and a host of European nations- struggle to control their economies, let alone their fragile empires.
As the guns lay silent over Europe and the Pacific, one thought rings truer then all: The World Has Been Given Another Chance.

International Law
Public international law concerns the structure and conduct of states and intergovernmental organizations.
